Hiring Needs
We are looking for OPT graduates who have completed their Masters degrees in the following majors with a 3.3 or above GPA - Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Data Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Information Management, Business Analytics, etc.
Screening and Interviews
Aspiring candidates can send a copy of their Masters degree transcripts and resume to the following e-mail address: recruit@aimlconsultants.com
Screening: The transcripts and resumes are screened for GPA and basic qualifications.
Initial Interview: A phone call or a video call will be conducted for selected candidates to assess candidates' technical qualifications, coding skills, real-world problem solving skills and fit (passion, sincerity and commitment) into these AI/ML roles.
Decision and Offer: A decision will be made and the selected candidates are inducted into AI/ML training program ( 6 - 8 weeks) to prepare them and to help them succeed in their roles. The program is available at a fee of $499.00 for 6-8 weeks. The training link will be published soon.
Mock Interviews: After training is completed, in-depth interviews are conducted to evaluate the readiness of the candidates for real-world AI/ML job roles and client interviews.
Placement Services: When the candidate is determined to be ready, her/his profile will be matched to a job in the job market and placement services are offered.
